Information

Badesi is a town that offers year-round services and events all year round. It is nicknamed the citta del vino - the city of wine. There are several bus stops in Badesi, including a tourist bus that operates every season and takes tourists to the surrounding beaches approximately every 20 minutes. The property price does not include tax. This is 10% if you buy a property as a second home in Italy. However, if you obtain permanent residence in Italy within 18 months of buying the property, you can reduce it to 4%. After purchasing the property, you must also consider the notary fee, which is usually 1% of the property price. In most cases, the properties are sold unfurnished.

In addition to the property price, you must also consider additional fees for connecting to the electricity supply of approximately €800 depending on the province, a waste tax (TARI) and a property tax (IMU) of 0.86% of the cadastral value of the property.
