Financing
1-500 mln USD
The financing amount is assessed individually for each project.
Interest
from 5,00% p.a.
The final interest rate is subject to verification of the project by the financial institution.
LTV/LTC up to 90%
Investor equity contributions starting from 10% of the project’s value.
Repayment for 5-10 years
Loan maturity is flexible and tailored to the project’s needs, with the possibility of waiving early-repayment fees.

We are a contractual partner to private funds, family offices, HNWIs, UHNWIs and financial institutions that provide alternative financing for institutional real-estate projects, whether for investors or developers. Financing is typically arranged through SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles).

All projects are assessed on an individual basis and are subject to approval by the investment committee of the respective financial institution. Vilimek & Vagner Asset Management offers clients a full service in preparing and submitting financing applications, including the formal request, documentation and preparation of the project information memorandum.
