Information

The St. Antoine project consists of three phases: the first two are already completed and inhabited, while the third is currently under construction.

This phase features two 3-story blocks with 13 apartments available. We offer 3-bedroom apartments ranging between 133-142 m², as well as 2- to 3-bedroom penthouses with areas of 124-288 m², complete with private pools. A shared outdoor pool is also available.

The economic and investment situation in the country is very favorable, providing good conditions for tourists and digital nomads, and it also allows obtaining a work permit under certain conditions. The legal system comprises elements of both English and French law.

Investing in Mauritius is relatively high in terms of costs. However, one must consider the size of the properties (usable square footage) and the personal ownership of land on the island, which has an area of only 2,040 km². The furnishings, furniture, and services found in investment properties maintain a high standard, sometimes even exceeding that found in Europe.

Purchasing property in Mauritius offers several significant benefits that should not be overlooked. Based on this, we recommend this investment to investors with a higher budget who are willing to travel approximately 10 hours by plane (in the case of a direct flight) to the destination.

If an investor positively evaluates these factors, they can expect a relatively high annual income from their investment property.
